We made reservations for a 40th birthday party. I spoke with Jim over the phone and immediately felt comfortable- he turned out to be our driver as well. Showed up on time and got us safely to our dinner reservations. He was a quick call away and parked right near us when we were ready to be picked up and taken home. The inside was comfortable, clean and easy to adjust temperatures, etc. I would absolutely recommend and use this service again.
This is the 2nd time using this service and they did not disappoint! On time, professional and very accommodating! The driver and driving was perfect! The Limo was pristine and comfortable. My wedding was this Friday April 12,2024 and needless to stay the limousine service was absolutely terrible the guys got over to venue no issue at all and when it was are turn the girls to go the limo supposedly had a hick up according to the driver and the owner where there claiming it was an air pocket causing the limo to over heat which caused us girls to be an hour late for pictures and the ceremony to be delayed which inturn caused me to lose out on a lot of pictures me and the girls where in a broke down limo on Dulane... read more
