At the start we thought everything was good until we realised the ducted system we paid extra too upgrade was actually way too small for the size of our home. We have contacted Affordable Living many many times even with information from the a/c company that the a/c system they installed was too small for our home. Affordable Living keeps ignoring our emails. The tiling company used were not very good as several of our large main area tiles were chipped, to get these replaced I would need too move us out of the house for 24 ... read more
EDIT: Affordable Living In my opinion, Affordable Living need to be a little bit more selective in the contractors they use and the staff they employ. A neighbour of my partner was trying to back out of his driveway to take his Wife to a medical appointment & as usual the workers were parked directly opposite, which at times is painful. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. We never thought we’d be able to get our own home but with the help of the Affordable Living team, they made our dreams possible. A big thank you to Adam Dorey, this guy is a legend. Without his help we would still be caught in the rent trap.. Even if you don’t think you can do it, get onto these guys.
Before you give these people your hard earned money please read this. If I can save one other family the heart ache, mental stress, years of delays and extra costs that this "professional builder" has put my family through, the review was worth my time.
