0 stars really , they put my house slab/pad in the wrong spot. Cut one side and added to the other now I have a massive long crack in the concrete from front of house to back ,, didn't notice till we pulled the carpets up , devastating, they tell me to late now , what a joke , pay all this money to live in a house not properly built.
Should have read the reviews before even making my enquiry. Good thing I was turned off even from just the qualification call. Dismissive, judgemental, not helpful at all. Hard pass.
If you would like your house to be built within the promised year time frame dont build with Affordable Living. We settled a year ago. Took 5 months for drawings as they screwed up the first lot. Then before the slab had even been laid we were slammed with "the new years pricings" which is another 13.5k. We were upset and they promised a date of Feb 12th slab pour. Nothing. Slab was poured end of Feb. Bricks only started after Easter. Bricks have now been finished for 5 weeks and the roof hasn't even been delivered. We keep ... read more
If I could give 0 stars I would, these people suck you in with the idea that everything will go as smooth as butter but throw their hands up on the air as soon as things get difficult, i had my circumstances change and was no longer able to afford the process yet when i informed them of this i was led on to believe by Marc that everything is fine and that i should keep trying he assured me that even if nothing changes i will get my refund of 1500.
