I’m not entirely sure how Affordable Living Homes outsource their work to different trades, but it is disappointing to experience burst pipes in what is still a relatively new home. This is now the second burst pipe we’ve had in this property. The first incident occurred while the house was still under the builder’s warranty. Although their maintenance contractor (Delstrat) attended to the issue, our flooded carpets were never replaced despite multiple follow‑ups.
