Nick and the whole team at affordable have been amazing and will be dealing with them again for sure they make it easy building
I had a great experience with Affordable Living from start to finish. They were helpful, had great communication and were great to work with. The supervisor I was assigned was amazing, always willing to open up the house to show me, great communication and super helpful with tips and tricks for post build. I highly recommend affordable living and would build with them again.
I would NOT recommend this builder. I signed up after being told the build would be under 12 months. It took over 2 years and a $9900 increase during that time. When I questioned the increase, the sales rep told me he would get the amount waived which I really appreciated. Less than a week before I was due to pick up my keys I was told I had to pay the $9900 or I couldn't have my keys. I wasnt working at the time as I was caring for my elderly mum who has dementia and I didnt have the $9900 to give them. They had NEVER sent ... read more
