These guys were LIFE SAVERS!!!! After Grand Island Limo totally dropped the ball and NO SHOWED for my sister's wedding (never even called-- 30 minutes before the ceremony the groom had to call THEM frantically!!!!!) -- Mike RUSHED to get two limos prepped and ready and was there in no time flat! Avoid this company at any means necessary! Driver was reckless and swore at us on our special day (he told us if we dont like his driving to get the F off his bus) and when I talked to the owner Mike he said he was only human and that we got home safe and that's all that mattered. He refused to refund or take any responsibility and then when I asked if he listened to the audio he said no. He won't even listen. This Limo service was the first that I dealt with but they were amazing! I rented the 28 seat limo bus for my 21st and we had the best time. The driver was great and everytime our plans for the evening would change a little, he went right along with it and was very cooperative. I highly, HIGHLY recommend this service. Plus you can't beat their prices, they were the lowest out of six limo companies!
Rented a limo for night out and was told by the driver that partition was broken. When complaint was made to owner I was told that they never told me the partition worked and he further informed me they removed them for insurance reasons. Spoke to 7 other providers in the area, all of them said partitions and privacy are standard operating procedures. My complaint of absolutely no privacy was dismissed completely and it was suggested I should have no expectation of privacy in a limo. Go figure. Spend at your own risk.
