We got a limo for my daughters 9th birthday just for fun for the kids they were wonderful in every way customer service was top notch Thank You Kelly and our driver for giving my daughter a wonderful birthday we will definitely use again and recommend to everyone!!!

After reading the negative review I find it extremely disturbing someone would actually complain about NOT being able to smoke, drink, eat or puke in a limousine. As a frequent traveler, I appreciate the rules after all I am renting a Limousine to travel in class! It was refreshing getting in and the limousine did not smell like smoke or PUKE. I am glad to say that I didn't even have an opportunity to sit in any of affordable limousine's cars. The service I received with the initial phone call was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am trying to do something nice for a friend of mine by taking her and some of her friends (6 of us) in a limo for an evening downtown. Thanks again Jim for the unforgettable Christmas you provided for my mom. Her dream/wish was to be on a beach in Florida for Christmas but she had no idea she would get there by a limo. We appreciate the last minute reservation in helping us out getting my mom to Ft. Myers Beach.
