I filed a complaint woth the board of medicine many years ago against Dr. Kenneth Reed. He looked at a lesion on my face, and blew it off as nothing. A year later, my regular doctor saw it and wanted to have it biopsied. Dr. Reed wanted to shave it off of my face----- basically "make it go away".
