I had a consultation a while back. The staff seemed really nice. But their doctor was very condescending and very unaware of transgender issues (I'm transgender). He seemed more interested in pushing skin care products than he was dealing with assessing me for hair removal. I was told that having hair removal prior to having my genitalia changed was pointless, in spite of the fact most transgender people have great results without confirmation surgery. Just visited Affordable Laser clinic during my vacation to Niagara Falls and I am glad I found this place to get a rejuvenating facial treatment (Fruit-Acid Peel. The staff there in the clinic are very friendly and professional especially Bahar and Simon. After the treatment I could not believe I looked 20 years young and now I am almost 60years old.
