Taking 5 minutes to get through menus and then holding in excess of 20 minutes for an interpreter seems to be the new norm. What a downhill slide.
We are one of the vendors based in China, and we have had a very negative experience with this company. They owe us $13,424.62 but have refused to pay despite our repeated requests. We worked diligently on urgent projects for them, often under tight deadlines, yet they have ignored our emails without explanation.
