Affordable Kitchen and Baths has extremely poor customer service - especially Amy Hotchkiss. We made it through about 50% of our design and order phase and then we did not hear back from Ms. Hopkins even after numerous emails and phone calls over a 4 month period. At first she told us she was busy and was working on our design and cost estimate and then we heard nothing at all. We lost a lot of time with our kitchen remodel. Our budget increased to $40K but she would not return our correspondence so we could let her know.... read more
