Cheap insurance
Got a quote Saturday for 175 down payment and 75 Monthly payment, lady said come back Monday to pay and when I did come back money the owner guy charged me 391 down payment & 105 monthly payments. Coulndnt tell me what the diff was between the 2 quotes either, both no me windstorm. Been w them 2 years and was paying even more before that, absolutely disappointed. I was going to get car insurance from there but nope, can't even do that anymore.
Estuve con la compañía por 2 años y me mude de estado, cuando quise canelar mi póliza lo hice 5 días antes de mi descuento automático, me dijeron que todo estaba hecho y que mi cobro por el proximo mes no se efectuaría... llegó el día y aun así me cobraron, cuando llamé para reclamar me dijeron que mi reembolso demoraría de 4 a 6 semanas y que solo se podía hacer por cheque a mi antigua dirección xq no se podía cambiar.... Muy decepcionado de qualitas estoy.
They both was very friendly I was finished in 10 mins and they have outstanding communication and super sweet
