Non-responsive to most calls and emails unless accepting your payments. Had to switch to another insurance agency.
This place is horrible they never pick up the phone and they only can afford to pay one person to work I guess. I’ve been calling for a week and a half no answer…
The folks at affordable insurance are always eager to get you the coverage you need and happy to do so. Small business insurance in town with a face to go with the voice if I need to sit down and chat is great old fashioned service.
Moved out of state had to cancel insurance - requested a refund and never received it - they also never gave a discount for Covid reduced driving. Would not recommend - not a professional Broker.
