Service excellent...
I asked Andy to see if I can get a lower policy which he got me one, which I appreciated it. He NEVER TOLD ME that he canceled the one I had and started another one. Therefore I was left with an extra bill for 176.81 Which I should’ve never had. Andy did not explain to me about the extra bill. Now it’s in collections. I’m very pissed. At least Andy could’ve given me heads up! He said he’s sorry but nothing can be done. Yes it can, remove it or pay 1/2
Andy is a great guy. So helpful with us getting insurance we can afford. Very personable and friendly. Nice to know there's still people that care. Thank you Andy.
