I have been waiting for over two weeks to get a response from affordable insurance - I spoke to the agent I have left three messages for them to please let me know what they found out about switching my house insurance over to a different company...they also couldn't tell me why my house insurance went up $1000.00 this year - this is NOT good customer service...
