I went in for a check up and clean and can I just say how amazing this practice is! The ladies at the front desk were great and Dr Mina was incredible, he knew about how nervous I was about going to the dentist and he instantly put me at ease and made me laugh through the whole process. After my Xray was completed he ran me through the whole process of what needs to be done and gave me really helpful advice. Dr Mina Rizk is an extremely caring dental surgeon. He has done several of my fillings and check and cleans. He makes me feel comfortable and in safe hands, and is light handed I could barely feel him working on my teeth. If you are looking for an honest and talented dentist, I would highly recommend Dr Mina Rizk.
After disappointment, and waiting times on earlier visits, I was promptly attended. My denture was fitted quickly and without problems. A much more pleasant visit.
Not happy. Had to wait an hour on my second visit. Arrived at 10.30 on my third - left just after 1.00 pm. Can't understand why the technician had to grind off the first reline, abandon the second and make a third reline. I don't drive. It's expensive to travel from Cameron Park each time. Not sure when I can collect my denture.
Staff were very helpful and friendly.
