Biggest joke company!!!! Their apartments are TRASH!! ALL THE OLD LADIES THAT WORK IN THE LITTLETON OFFICE ARE COMPLETELY RUDE!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE JOKE COMPANY!!!!!! Dumpy rat infested apartments they charge 2,000dollars a month for run down dumpy apartments!!!!
They are a very prejudice and biased organization. Unfortunately, they allow their political and social beliefs to seep into the non profit agency that is supposed to be dedicated to fostering affordable housing. Clearly, there is a concerted effort to systematically and without merit treat disabled, elderly and marginalized groups in an abhorrent manner. Its sad too , because some of the properties are beautiful. You just can't separate the properties from their misguided propaganda and maltreatment!

A haven on this tough rental market.
Allows smokers in a no smoking property, allows smokers near gas vents and corroded pipes. Bullies elderly tenants who ask for simple things after long tenancies. Sweet as pie on the phone where they tape their conversations, but nasty as venom in person.
