Non compromising. For a income based they are not willing to adjust to income. Coinsidence or not they always do "mandatory" walk through every tax season. The man they have for maintenance is rude to women and gives off and unsettling feeling. If you have a support animal this isn't the place for you because they don't care if you have a Dr note. The main office person is extremely rude and unfeeling. She has no problem evicting anyone for any reason even a small infraction.
Horrible horrible experience, especially through the pandemic the office lady’s are very rude I started recording when I went into the office or made phone calls maintenance is horrible I called to discuss a black mold issue and recorded her she told me to wipe it up with bleach if you know black mold u know it’s not that easy caught the neighbor Ryan looking in my window taking pictures if u have any kind of cameras you can’t use them don’t bother making complaints because they don’t care all they care about are the people ... read more
