If you want to pay 385 for 2 hours of work to replace a gasket, then he is your guy! And after handing over that you check, you want to be asked if you think you are going to heaven and mansplained what the bible says, then he is also your man. I will not be asking him back.
I get it ,time is money.. $90 for a service call is very reasonable even though he had to come out last time and flip a breaker inside the house the easiest $90 he ever made so I’m having another issue with the hot tub so I called him today actually and now he says it’s 190 for a service call. This would be my third time using his expertise. Very fast and responsive but uses generic parts so my tub is so much louder than it has ever been. Buzz is so loud I can't sleep and you can't talk in the tub it's so loud. Would not use again if I would have known generic parts would have been used.
