I get it ,time is money.. $90 for a service call is very reasonable even though he had to come out last time and flip a breaker inside the house the easiest $90 he ever made so I’m having another issue with the hot tub so I called him today actually and now he says it’s 190 for a service call. This would be my third time using his expertise. I have no problem paying a service fee I get it time is money but he called me a liar saying he’s never charged $90 which I have paid with a check one of the two times I’ve gone through ... read more
Very fast and responsive but uses generic parts so my tub is so much louder than it has ever been. Buzz is so loud I can't sleep and you can't talk in the tub it's so loud. Would not use again if I would have known generic parts would have been used.
Scott is the most respectful and kind repairman. He took care of my situation in a timely manner and gave me all the info I need to keep my hot tub running well after his services.
