Home is missing trim,lights not working,leaking roof so know I need to replace my floor and a wall many other things .Affordable homes keep passing me off for repairs with the problems and aggravation I would never use them again.If I could rate a 0 I would of.
Home comes not finished. Missing items such as door, mirrors, outlets and lights not working. When I called kept getting past around. Was not explained things that ended up costing more money. Would never purchase a manufactured home again. Like the design but with all the problems and aggravation wish I would have built instead.
They lie to sell you a home then bam, nothing of what they said is true. I was lied and told that me and my kids would be in our home before August. Not the case at all, actually home sat on property for a month before the did any work. Have already had to make a payment and still not in home. Run don't walk away from.this company
