Update: I was contacted immediately, by the owner and crew, the day after I posted my review. The scheduling error was explained, along with more of the process, and two guys were sent over for a consultation THAT DAY (a Friday)! I was elated at the urgent attention. The crew was kind, informative, and they took measurements photos and videos. My consultation was scheduled a week in advance and was supposed to take place yesterday morning. Nobody showed up. Nobody called, texted, or emailed. Nobody contacted me to let me know they wouldn't make it or to reschedule! I'm not aware of another company that can help so I'm really really sad and disappointed. My family will have to deal with our dysfunctional bathroom, that could be making us sick, much longer I guess.
