He repaired my hot tub pump quickly and efficiently, and then went above and beyond by walking me through how to manage my water chemistry—something he didn’t have to do, but took the time to explain clearly. I had an amazing experience with Alistair. I had shopped around for a custom hot tub cover and his prices were by far the best. The quoted time frame was also by far the quickest. He was helpful, friendly and informative. I’m new to hot tub ownership and he was happy to provide me with helpful tips. My cover arrived on time and is absolutely perfect.
