Left the job unfinished. Had him install some concrete and work on my pond dock. He never completed the dock. I've waited over a year now and finally gave the job to some else. Communication is terrible as he ignored half of my questions about finishing. When he did reply and promise to finish, he never followed through. It only would have taken a day or two at most, but i guess not all his customers matter that much.
Played phone tag for weeks after they said they’d call me back. Never got a call. Had a potential 10k home insurance claim I wanted them to look at but they didn’t seem interested. Would not recommend contacting.
