So. Here we are a year after affordable installed a brand new system and we have comfort heating and air here. The tech did readings and found the new unit had not been programmed to the right size. Mind you three months after they installed the unit, we found there was no filter in it. Our fault for not changing the filter but their fault for not putting one in.
