We hired Frank to do a new house in late 2022 and he put in everything but the actual AC unit and said he would be back to put it in. He called and said he was on his way to install it late 2022 in which he asked for final payment. I was not in town so I left him a check for final payment. He came to town and picked up the check and didn't finish the work. To this day, 6.27.2023, he still has not hooked up the AC.
