I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Justin. The technician arrived on time, was extremely professional, and clearly explained the issue with my HVAC system in a way I could understand. They worked efficiently, fixed the problem correctly the first time, and even gave helpful maintenance tips to prevent future issues. Worst company , wrong diagnostic , took for ever to come out , used old parts supposedly to fix issue , charged us $2800 system worked for 2 weeks and came back to our house (Ray owner ) who was rude , moody and said he fixed it again , lied was never fixed and then texted us saying we needed to replace the whole system for $10k . Got another company and charged me $7k . Dishonest, unethical, and very misleading!
Great experience. My upstairs AC went out over Labor day weekend. Called Tuesday, they sent someone out Thursday morning, and were on time! The HVAC technician fixed my unit in under an hour and didn't need to come back with extra parts. Would recommend and use again.
We had an issue with our A/C. American home shield sent Affordable heat and air to our home. Ray came out and the issue was diagnosed and American Home shield did not cover all the cost. We paid $2280 out of pocket ahead of time. Affordable had to order the parts so we waited for the parts to come in. Affordable came out and supposedly fixed the issue. I previously posted a 1 star review. The link used was from American Home Shield (AHS). The review was for AHS. I tried to request Seasonal Maintenane by checking (other) in the service request on the AHS website and stating "Seasonal Maintenance". This was on a Thursday and by 8:00 am on Saturday I called Affordable using the number on a dispatch notice to discuss a dispatch notice and the service requested.
