I was looking for a more affordable option and these folks delivered. Excellent devices and always helpful.
Terribe, unreliable service. Had my g/f's hearing aid for 7 weeks then realized they for got to issue a repair order. Now waiting again. Probably another 7 or 8 weeks. Don't do it. I would like to mention that this review had nothing to do with David and his staff directly. David is a very, very knowledgeable hearing specialist. The problem was an ordering issue. I extremely recommend David and his staff. Basicaly just an in house ordering issue.

David and his team have made the transition into the world of hearing aids seamless and pleasant. David is very knowledgeable and makes sure you understand the charts, the jargon, and the process. The team has been nothing but professional,friendly,kind and helpful. They make sure you leave happy and with everything sounding just right.
