It was a pleasant experience from start to finish! I was nervous but Dale put me at ease and it was a positive experience. I had a lot of questions and he helped me understand everything and was very patient
I was looking for a more affordable option and these folks delivered. Excellent devices and always helpful.
Terribe, unreliable service. Had my g/f's hearing aid for 7 weeks then realized they for got to issue a repair order. Now waiting again. Probably another 7 or 8 weeks. Don't do it. I would like to mention that this review had nothing to do with David and his staff directly. David is a very, very knowledgeable hearing specialist. The problem was an ordering issue. I extremely recommend David and his staff. Basicaly just an in house ordering issue.
I'm experiencing a whole new world. Very accommodating and knowledgeable!
