This was my first time using receiving a hearing screen. I had some anxiety as not knowing what to expect. I was warmly greeted upon arrival with the offer of coffee and or water, was given a brief questionnaire. Afterwards I was brought back to the examination area. Everyone there was very friendly and explained what would be done before doing it. My screening was completely painless and my results easily explained to me. I recommend 10/10!
