My husband's hearing aids were not working properly, and Bill took the time to come into the office and work on them on his day off and right before he took a long trip just so my husband could hear. We both appreciate the time he spent with us and would come back to him again.
My husband had an appointment with Bill to do a hearing test to see if he needed hearing aids. It was determined that he needed them and Bill explained everything very well. We thought the appointment went smoothly as he went through the different options and what his insurance would cover. He said that our insurance company would be calling us to pay our portion.
