I wouldn’t recommend working with Yetlanezy “Nezy” Tapia, assistant to Rosie Chetwood. I’ve been working with her since 2021. Thought she did a good job up until these past weeks. Not sure what is going on but I had to get another one of her colleagues to help me. I called her for over a week & sent her an email & no response. Thank goodness for Ms. Alice who was able to assist me. She’s great! Now I’m trying to see if my insurance is cancelled because she never got back go me with answers to my questions.
