Not very responsive. Takes days/weeks to respond. Nice people but need to tighten up on responsiveness. Makes me think if there is a problem they won’t be eager to remediate.
There’s a reason David and his team are busier than a vacuum in a dirt factory… They do a fantastic job at a fair price. Everything was professional and seamless. David told me the install crew would be at our house between 12:00 and 1:00 pm. They called at 12:00 when they were on their way and arrived at 12:30. They were respectful of our house, took their time to ensure everything was installed right, and cleaned up. We will be contacting David again for all our countertop needs.

I am blown away by how quick they got my bathroom counter installed. I told them I wanted to surprise my parents with a remodeled bathroom and decided last minute to upgrade their vanity countertop. I had 4 days left to get it done… they got it installed in only ONE day after I went to pick out the slab. WOW! On time, friendly, and professional. I’ll be using them for my other projects soon!
