My house is 20 years old. This is about the time your thermopane seals begin to go and fog developes between the panes. Affordable will relace the glass (but reuse the frame) This saves you quit a bit of money fro the hom owner. Ive used the service for 2 years and the repaced windows have been fine. I will continue to use the service.
