I had a sliding patio door that was impossible to open and close easily. It has 4 foot panels so each door was very heavy. I tried adjusting the roller height and was able to improve it just enough to where I could open and close the door if I partially held up the weight of the door with the handle. This was not the solution. I called a few places that advertised window and door repair and was quoted roughly $150 for the first door and $100 for any additional doors. I waited almost 5 weeks to have a window replaced Called one week ago and said they would be here in a week and would call me and give me a two hour window called today and said they will be here between 11:09 and 1:00 Guy show up and said sorry but we didn’t strap the glass down and the glass broke Lady I spoke to said to stop calling them incompetent.Really ! What would you call it . If you need windows replaced call another company There are more to choose from .
