I have a short term rental downtown and it can be very challenging to try and get repairs scheduled and completed in between bookings. Tim went over and above in meeting my need for a replacement shower door, evaluating the space in the afternoon and installing a new watertight door that same night. Great door, great workmanship, great price - I cannot say enough good things about this experience overall - plus no interruption to guest stays.
Tim is very unreliable. He makes appointments and then doesn't show up or answer his phone. I even called ahead of time to confirm, and he doesn't answer the phone or respond to messages.
I had the pleasure of using affordable glass and mirrors to fix my bedroom windows that were stuck shut due to the springs deteriorating and one fell out and I couldn’t get back in! They were very, very prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable And I would highly recommend them without reservation!
Great service, great craftsmanship, will definitely use him again.
