We have been buying furniture at Affordable Furniture for over 4 years and have always been very satisfied. When we bought a new home in Baytown last year and it came to furnishing it we naturally went to Affordable Furniture. Would not recommend this furniture store to anyone. At first it was pleasant, the manager was the one who assisted me with my purchases and deals, however the table they delivered was damaged and I ordered 3 barstools and had one for a while and week later they sent one more. They have not replaced my table that was damaged when they had delivered and now 3 weeks later still missing one bar stool and no new table. In Janyary we purchased a couch, love seat and matching recliner as well as a dining room table and chairs. Our sales person was wonderful--very attentive without being smothering. She understood our desire to make an informed decision after careful comparison of several different room settings. This purchase is something we will have for many years. The service is pretty slow and every time i go the sales person is on the phone and leaves you waiting. The manager is is a little rude but at hte end she helped me find some furniture at an affordable price, which also took longer to arrive than what she said it would. They sent the wrong color with the rails missing... If I had to do it all over again, I would just buy one of their pretty lamps that they have in stock!
