These folks generally do a good job. The dispatch could do better about reading notes provided during scheduling as it has happened that they show up to a locked gate with no one home. Other than that good prices and fast response when prompt fill is needed.
Not sure what I think about them..... was quoted 1.00$ less per gallon on the phone before delivery...Filled my tank up and there's the $2.58 per gallon price that I was quoted 1$ less over phone....tried to pay today and was asked to call back because they weren't at the desk...never got a call back and all I'm trying to do is be square with them? Won't sign the tank lease...sorry guys
Used to enjoy the service. Then they got shady. Added on costs that were over $400 took them four months to get the bill right. (After constant communication on my part) then Chris finally figured it out. I made my payment and they locked out my tank because Chris forgot what date and year it is apparently. I'd give 0 out of 5 if I could. Thankfully we own our tank and can simply remove the "lock". Even though Chris said they would be there in 10 minutes after full payment.
