I haven’t had the same good experience with Rob. He did some foundations repair for us in 2020; however the same area/wall that he worked on has cracked again. I have been calling him and leaving many messages ( for almost a month) but ZERO returned calls. I’m so concerned about this guy’s warranty. Does he stand by his warranty offered? Foundations repair are very expensive, and know I have to be dealing with his lack of urgency in returning my calls or just putting me on schedule to fix this issue. I had my foundation done by these guys 4 years ago. They were professional and I loved that they had been around for so long. I've had no problems. To top it off, they were the best priced. Update: I got my foundation done with these guys in 2018 (6 years ago) and I still am having no issues with my foundation.

Afordable Foundation Repair (Roby, the owner & crew) did an excellent job on my foundation repair and leveling. He was working on the house behind mine and noticed that the expansion joint in my brick wall was larger at the top then at the bottom, also that the facia freeze boards were separating at the corners. I chose affordable housing because all the reviews were extremely positive. After working with them, I understand why. The owner, Rob was the person that came out when I requested an estimate for some foundation issues. I appreciated that he came out to the house the next day and used a laser leveller to walk the area inside (and outside) to figure out exactly where the sinking was beginning/ending.
