They say that they will work with you but they don’t. They make sure you get your car but after that, nothing. Tabatha the manager in chambersburg has no customer service manners. She is the worst person to deal with and will lie to your face.
Bought a car in 2018. If you do your part and keep your insurance and make your payments, there is no problems. I would definitely recommend them. I am actually considering getting another one through them.
The office girls are great!! Be respectful and responsible and they are always willing to help. I recommend this company to anyone!
So I am like any other customer out there. I read reviews, talk to the business and then make a decision. I have to say that all the negative reviews don't seem to add up. The staff here is great and they work with you to get you the car you want, not what they want to sell you. I have been doing business with affordable for 2 years and had zero issues with car, my payments or the staff. The cars they offer are top quality and in many cases brand new or close to brand new. These people don’t deserve any stars at all Kelly and Amanda are rude and disrespectful they do not need to be in this line of work they threaten to disable cars due to their own mistakes then want you to pay a processing fee. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with and to the owner you will continue to lose customers with these two girls
