Made an appointment for 10:00am today. No call, no show. Very unprofessional!!
Was very quick to respond to my request to complete a job. We paid cash at the time of completion and in less than a year, my gates are falling down because of insufficient hardware on the hinges. I called Mike three times, the last 2 messages I told him exactly what I needed. He has yet to call me about repairing the work. Very poor customer service! I will NOT use them again.
