Didn’t arrive on time and was drinking on the job so I just canceled the whole appointment
Affordable rates and great customer service
for 2 days, 2 different appointment waited for Tom to come out and give us a quote for our fence, and he doesn't bother to come onto our property, tries calling, but we are outside at the time waiting, so they don't bother coming since we didn't answer our phone even though we have an appt. When I connect with Tom he told me to find someone else to quote the job when i questioned why they didnt come into the property when we had a set appt. Rude, unprofessional, I waited for almost 2 weeks for that appt. BE AWARE.......
Truly I don't get it. I gave two stars for an ok start including first call response and showing up on time. I have an acre of property that needs to be fenced. I will add that the fencing I'm looking for is far from inexpensive. I made an appointment and as another reviewee noted, the woman who answered the phone was friendly and honest about the timeframe someone could meet with me. Tom showed up, on time.
