I purchased two dino nugget pillows in January of 2023. I was patient throughout every email update they had and waited a long time for my pillows. It is over a year and a half later and I still have not received them. I have requested a refund multiple times, and I have been ignore each time. Now I am moving and I don’t think I’ll see my money or pillows ever.

I ordered dino nugget pillows back in January of 2023. It is now July of 2024. Despite many emails and messages, I have yet to receive a response as to when my products will ship or my money back. Unless I get my money back or the pillows, this is theft, plain and simple. I would not recommend this business to anyone

Stole my money and refuses to refund or answer my emails. Also, didn't respond to my BBB complaint. Luckily, I have a great attorney which is my next step. Also, as I have said before, "I am sorry you lost a child, but that doesn't give you a right not to refund my money." ***Edit: 01/30/2024 It has been over a year since my order, the owners have called me names on social media and told me I should get over it. I have reported fraud with the FTC and have been communicating with an agent. Hopefully we can get these crooks so... read more

Been waiting for over a year for a reply of why I have not received my items, have been requesting a refund and still nothing. Worst service I've ever been ripped off by.
