If I could give 0 stars I would definitely give it 0 stars! This company most recently took over Cubesmart. When it was first taken over a couple of months ago, I received a message speaking about a payment and I thought I was being scammed, due to the fact that I had received NO prior notice that this company would be taking over Cubesmart. A guy who claimed to be the owner was harassing a guy in the parking lot in a van and hit him with a stick, so the guy threw a bag of piss all over him 🤣 it was hilarious and he deserved it, mean old man should show respect, there are truckers and ppl parked there in a community lot everyday and i guess he thinks he owns it and wanted to run this guy off, well he got what he deserved i was LMFAO 🤣🤣
I've had my eye on this facility for a few years as it is close to my home. If I ever needed a storage unit this was my top pic based on appearance from the outside alone. When I finally had a need for storage, I came here first and was pleasantly surprised even further by the quality of customer service Jess provided. She went above and beyond just renting me a unit. I would absolutely recommend this location to my friends and neighbors! Thanks again, Jess!
