The dentist did a great job on my first cavity filling, however my second appointment was extremely rushed. Months later I still have pain and filling residue clumped onto the side of the tooth. He started before I was fully numb, was rough and agitated the whole time. The nurse was excellent though. I understand dental work can be stressful and unpleasant, but the added irritation, rushing during it was awful.
I called them yesterday and asked him about pulling a tooth they told me come on and they have really friendly staff i high recommend to everybody.
I called to make an appointment and get information on prices, was greeted with a very rude receptionist. When asked about price range and availability, she was very unprofessional and didn’t seem willing to assist me and was bitter. Told me there was availability and I could come in today and when I reciprocated her rudeness, suddenly I can’t get an appointment until the end of the week.. I would not recommend this place to anyone as their staff is ridiculously unprofessional.
This place is amazing!! Super friendly staff and professionalism. Took me in same day after describing issue i was having with upper wisdom tooth. Surya Dhakar is amazing dentist highly recommend this practice. Thank you to the whole staff.
