They were very nice but helped with absolutely nothing. Came in for a lip tie (not for me) they said they couldn't do it and would refer (tell me where I could go) me to someone but they just gave me a letter telling me they recommend I see a surgeon. Tops 5 min with the actual dentist. But very friendly when you ask a 1 year old to open their mouth lmaooooooo what?!? It's so funny
If only there were a way to list negative 5. The horror stories Ive heard about this place are beyond concerning. The results Ive personally seen done to others calls for an investigation by dental boards and various other authorities.
This was the worst experience I've had at dentist office. My appointment was at 9:30 I wasn't seen until 10:40 I waited an whole hour PLUS MORE. When I arrived they mentioned there system was down. Then from there 15 minutes later I ask again what was going on seeing ppl go into rooms after I've been waiting for so long. Close to 11 they said we can take you in a room they sat me there for another 30 minutes still no evaluations saying systems are down but still working on others. The dentist did a great job on my first cavity filling, however my second appointment was extremely rushed. Months later I still have pain and filling residue clumped onto the side of the tooth. He started before I was fully numb, was rough and agitated the whole time. The nurse was excellent though. I understand dental work can be stressful and unpleasant, but the added irritation, rushing during it was awful.
I called them yesterday and asked him about pulling a tooth they told me come on and they have really friendly staff i high recommend to everybody.
