The worst experience ever getting glasses!!!! First of customer service is awful!!! I waited 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Over the horseplay and extra unnecessary conversation, the atmosphere was uncomfortable. To top it off... I ordered glasses 19 days ago and have yet to receive them. I have contacted numerous times but there is ALWAYS an excuse.. Back order, short handed of help, 50 customers ahead, etc!! So please think twice before visiting.
