AES was great and easy to work with from start to finish. Their customer service was great and the work was prompt.
We had some work done by Shane due to unknowingly sanding down black mastic that ended up hading asbestos. He was super helpful and communicative and honestly went above and beyond even when we had to work with another company to get our vents cleaned as well. He made sure to make himself available whenever we had questions. At the time of the job they showed up early and were very professional. Shane was early. He came through with some knowledge on asbestos and taught me a few things about it. I had to get some spots tested for asbestos in the house I just purchased.
