I had requested Affordable Electrical services to come to my residence to install a 240 and a 120 outlet. I was told that the electrician would be here from 9am-11am. When they day came, Pat didn't show up until after 11:00am. At 11:50am, I got the quote. He offered me a free add on service for the light switch that was not working but really didn't fix the issue (understandably, the house is old). I was very shocked to see this negative review after I did three times the work expected and cancelled plans to accommodate the customers schedule. I arrived six minutes late I did call Ashley to let her know I was running a bit late. I gave Ashley a quote for the work she wanted done plus what it would take to do the job to current standards. I was very pleased with the kind and professional services I received from Affordable Electrical Service. As a new home owner I was in quite a pickle when my power kept going off multiple times on a daily basis. It got to the point that I needed to call for emergency electrical services. I've worked with Patrick and his office manager, Kristy, several times over the past few years. Patrick's prices have always been fair. He shows up when he says he will, and he completes his work on time. He's willing to work with me to reach safe solutions within my budget, and he never tries to sell me services I don't need. I'm always interested in the code behind why he has to do things the way he does, and he always patiently explains things to me. I highly recommend AES.
Pat is very knowledgeable and honest. He recommends what needs to be done based on safety and code; he does not try to sell you what you do not need. Highly recommend this business.
