This review does not reflect on the job he did for me but on how he determined my bill. First he arrived over two hours late for the job and I'm relatively sure he wouldn't have come at all if I hadn't called. On the bill he charged me $90 an hour when he clearly told me $80 on the phone. He also charged me 21/2 hours labor when he was here for less than an hour.
