Owner installed my Generac Generator two weeks ago. Generac self-test when it is on the "Auto" mode. The rep told me that on a certain day and time, the Generator performs self-test, if it did not, call him. The Generator did not perform a self-test on the day and time indicated. I texted and left a voicemail and days later still had not heard back from him. Not recommended.
Excellent service - Matt was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything to us and completed the generator installation in 2 days. Highly recommend.
