I want to start off by saying this is my FIRST review I’ve EVER written so that should tell you a lot already. The average cost of an ankle monitor is $150-$300. HIGHER-END monitors are about $375 PLUS. This place says, “$14/day if paid up front, $15/day if paid weekly”. Affordable, friendly and professional.
I prepaid for electronic home monitoring services and the equipment failed almost immediately. The charger did not work and the device stopped transmitting GPS. Staff admitted they could not visually identify any tampering. While traveling into town, the device began transmitting again, suggesting a technical or signal issue. Despite this, I was accused of intentionally blocking the signal without evidence, the device was removed, services were terminated, and I was denied a refund or credit for prepaid time.
