Great price for basement drainage system, and a hardworking crew got the work done in a day. I also had them do some prep and replacement work (shelves and laundry machines), and they did an excellent job. I won't know how well the drainage system works until we have another one of those "once in a lifetime" rains that we've been having yearly, but I anticipate everything will be fine.

I've had estimates up to $24,000 from competitors who lied to me and told me my drain tiles gave out, etc. and estimates from others who were twice as much for the same work. After a year my father's basement is still leaking. They no longer return his calls. Called using a different phone and they picked up right away. Made an appointment they never showed up. Had to use a third number to get hold of them and get another appointment. Again no show. Run, don't walk away from this company. Legal action appears the only recourse.
Sadly this company is not who they used to be. Owner is a stellar man who was kind as could be. Bad choice of employees - who would hang up on a person who has requested they fix a job that was poorly done after calling twice. Excuse was they are booked up a month in advance. Moral of the story is you are only as good as your last job..the cement used to seal a crack is all over the ceiling tile. No repair yet!!!
I called to have them come out to quote some crack repair and tie rod holes. They did not ask me my availability. They just scheduled an appointment almost two weeks out. I happened to be available, so I went with it. I received multiple text messages changing my appointment time. I messaged back asking for the correct time. I got a response. The day and time came and went. They did not call or show up. I recommend calling another company.
I got two recommendations for this company and made an appointment for today. Confirmed 3 times! No one showed up! Should be called "Unreliable Dry Basements"!
This company is a total fraud. We brought our house in 2003 and just before we got it, the owners had life time warranty from this company and i do have the paper work. They had come and repaired the cracks in the basement few times. But, today when i called that guy he came and he is very rude and when i told him that they have repaired before and we did buy the house with the contract, he called me a lier and left. Horrible, do not stand behind their work – I would never use this company. They have been to my house numerous times and the basement is still leaking. They do not stand behind their work.
very good service although my basement never flooded, it did get "wet", like mildewy. So I called them to see if they could fix the dampness. They DID! I don't know exactly what they did, or how they did it, but my basement is as dry as any other room in the house - no more old basement smell...no more worries about storing things diwn there, and it has turned into a great extra room!~ Very good service! Decent prices, although this type of work is very expensive to begin eith.
