Howard has been a life saver for us - We own multiple rental properties so having someone we trust is essential - He communicates every step of the way, is very reliable and all around great guy! Highly recommend.
This guy has been giving me the run arounds for days! He continues to agree to a time to fix my toilet (which i thought he already did after paying him $275). The first intial encounter he said he was coming for 7am! But of course 7am passed and no communication from him! My mom had to text him. Finally that same day at 3:00pm he came and "supposedly" fixed my toilet but it was back not flushing THE NEXT DAY! I called him and he asks me "why it keeps doing that?"
