This PPO was completely frivolous from the start. My mother suffers from dementia, and I cannot understand how you thought it was appropriate to rely on or encourage someone with significant cognitive impairment to pursue and repeatedly renew such an order. Rude. Uncommunicative. I reached out multiple times to get confirmation about my payments being received with just a text message the first time and no response at ALL the second time. So unprofessional. I get you collect debts but that doesn’t make you better than your clients. No reason to be so rude and disrespectful. I actually want to take care of my debts and had no issue working to do so, but not to be met with such blatantly rude behavior.

John Hocking was a horrible representation as an attorney. He was late multiple times and he didn’t even try putting effort into my case. His price doesn’t fit the horrible representation that he does.
