We were scammed by the repair man that came out to a service call in Jonesboro, AL. We contacted through a listing on NTTS Breakdown's website when we had a truck that would not start, and thought at first it was a battery issue. The repair driver claimed it was a computer issue, and needed a tow or someone that could hook a computer to it. He also said there were codes on the dash. Had a truck break down NE of their location approximately 30-45 mins away. I had some specific requests since I was not on location with the truck. The service tech arrived ahead of schedule, diagnosed the problem quickly, had to make run back to Jonesboro to get the appropriate parts and repaired the truck in a timely manner, all within a more than reasonable amount of time. We have trucks in the area frequently, and Affordable Diesel Repair will be my first call if we need assistance.

Horrible customer service and doesn’t keep you updated on what’s wrong with truck. Very overpriced. Doesn’t give estimates.
